Easy DIY photobooth props: diving mask

DIVING MASK

Not long ago, we saw the works of David Hockney again and the children forced us to watch Le Grand Bleu by Jacques Mayol... The result? A great tutorial idea for you (and some nightmares for us)! Thanks to this one, make a great diving mask! Whether for a child's costume, or as a great photobooth accessory for a birthday Marine animals ou summertime, it will be perfect! So let's not waste time: let's go!

    Download and print the snorkel mask printable on bristol paper.

    Cut out the shapes following the patterns.

    Cut out the mask and the branches with the scissors and hollow out the mask using a cutter.

    Outline the shape of the mask using a ballpoint pen on the rodoid and cut out what will be the glass of your diving mask.

    Glue the glass to the back of the mask with liquid glue.

    Fold the tabs of the mask along the dotted lines and glue the branches to the mask.

    With the posca, draw small ripples, which will give you the impression of having touched the bottom of the swimming pool, of taking a trip on the Calypso with Cousteau... in short, the Big Blue in perspective!

And now, it's over ! All you have to do is put it on your nose or get all your friends together for a great souvenir photo!
Practical tip: do not hesitate to add pieces of tape to secure the diving mask and prevent it from breaking!
