**Following the recent increase in the price of fuel and the resulting taxes, shipping costs have recently undergone a slight increase. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the rates imposed by our carriers. Aware of the cost they represent for our customers, we do our best to keep them as low as possible.
From November 1, 2022, packages will remain available for 8 days at the relay point, after this time, they are automatically returned to the sender.
THE POST OFFICE
In mainland France: home delivery in 2 to 3 working days in 93% of cases, from the time the package is picked up by the carrier.
Shipping costs vary:
- €4,20 for a Max letter (parcel weighing less than 500g entering a mailbox)
- From €6,90 depending on the volumetric weight of the package.
Colissimo shipping costs are free for orders over 150€.
In Europe: delivery in 3 to 5 working days, from the taking over of the package by the carrier. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination: from €12.
Outside Europe: delivery in 3 to 15 working days depending on the destination, from the time the package is picked up by the carrier. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination: from €40.

These delivery methods are the only ones we offer regardless of the size of the package.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns must be made within 90 days after receipt of the package.

Scenario n°1: You have changed your mind
You have changed your mind and finally you no longer want the products ordered. The return remains at your expense and the initial shipping costs are not refunded. Simply return the products to us with the delivery note listing the returned products. The refund is made upon receipt of the return package in logistics.
Scenario n°2: Your package arrived too late
The carrier has cracked down again: your package arrived too late! All you have to do is refuse the delivery or not pick up the package at the pick-up point. It will be automatically returned to us after 15 days and you will be refunded upon receipt of the return parcel in logistics.
