The choice of the relay point after the payment.
With THE POST OFFICE (Colissimo and letter followed) the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days in France, once the package has been shipped.
Shipping costs are €3.90 for a Max letter (parcel weighing less than 500g entering a BAL) and from €6,40 depending on the weight and size of the parcel for Colissimo. Colissimo shipping costs are free for orders whose amount exceeds 150€.
For a delivery in Europe, the shipping costs vary according to the destination, from 12 €. Delivery times are 3 8 days in worked.
For a delivery out of Europe, the shipping costs vary according to the destination, from 40 €. Delivery times are 3 15 days in working hours, variable depending on the destination.
It is possible to follow your order with a tracking number sent by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Chronopost shipping costs have a minimum price of €14, calculated according to the volumetric weight of the package.
These delivery methods are the only ones we offer, regardless of the size of the package.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns must be made within 90 days after receipt of the package.
For returns, 3 possibilities:
Scenario n°1: You have changed your mind
You have changed your mind and finally you no longer want the products ordered. The return of goods is at your expense and the initial shipping costs are not refunded. Simply return the products to us with the delivery note listing the returned products. Upon receipt of the return package, we will write to you to find out if you prefer a credit note or a refund.
Scenario n°2: Your package arrived too late
The carrier (La Poste and TNT) has cracked down again: your package has arrived too late! Refuse the package or do not pick it up (if it is at the Post Office or at a relay), it will be sent back to us! Upon receipt, we will refund you. If it has been picked up or dropped off with a neighbour, concierge or friend (only well-meaning people) call us or send us an e-mail so that we can organize the return! Scenario n°3: You have damaged or defective products
You have received a damaged or defective product. In short, you are disappointed. Send us an e-mail to email@example.com with a photo of the offending product so that we can find a solution together!
