DIY CHRISTMAS TOPPERS

Christmas is fast approaching and All We Want for Christmas is: quick and easy Christmas DIY! So good, we improvised Santa's elves and we tried to think of the best idea for Christmas decoration to do ! We have already taken care of garlands, glass brands, Christmas gift tags... And there, we remembered a fundamental element of Christmas often neglected: the Yule log! And here is our super DIY toppers for a deco christmas log from hell!

EQUIPMENT

Christmas toppers printable (A3 format)
A pair of scissors
Glue
Toothpicks or skewers
A pad of A4 sheets (preferably colored)

  • STEP 1.

    Gather all the necessary materials and print the Christmas toppers printable.

  • STEP 2.

    METHOD 1: Roughly cut out and arrange the various shapes of the printable on a colored sheet.
    ⚠️ Warning: do not stick! However, you can put a piece of masking tape on the back to hold the printable while you cut.

    METHOD 1 (CONTINUED) : Cut around the shape.

    METHOD 2: cut cleanly around the printable. Lay the shape on the sheet and draw dotted lines around the shape to transfer it and cut it out.

    Here is the result once all the elements have been cut out!

    Glue the elements and arrange the toppers on the Christmas log.

Friend's advice : you can stick several skewers/toothpicks together to prevent them from falling off due to the weight of the toppers. 

Friend's advice : to prevent toppers from getting damaged with food, laminate them! What a tutorial will tell you how to do it!

That's it, all you have to do is buy the Yule log (or make it yourself!), and plant your magnificent deco christmas log ! 

You can now take care of the rest of your Christmas decoration or set your Christmas table in place. For the table, don't forget:
- The tablecloth
- Crockery and towels
- The table runner
- Confetti
- Other decorations of all kinds 

Take the opportunity to rest too: drink a hot chocolate in front of the TV, cook yourself a nice little meal with a nice Christmas playlist (we've prepared a special one for you on Deezer et Spotify)... In short, give yourself this Christmas present!
