This garland of white balloons and rainbow crepe will be the centerpiece of your party decoration! For a wedding, a rainbow birthday, a cloud baby shower or an EVJF, this garland will allow you to create a giant rainbow cloud in balloons!
To make the arch, count 1 to 2 hours of assembly. For a quick tutorial that teaches you how to build a balloon arch, click here !
Please note this kit does not include an arch on which to place the balloons.
