You can inflate it withhelium so that it floats or in the air with the straw provided.
How do I inflate my balloon with a straw?
Insert the straw deep into the valve provided for this purpose. Blow into the straw until the balloon is completely inflated. Remove the straw. The valve has an automatic closing system (you can tape the valve to the back of the balloon so that it is not visible).
