6 MONTHS BEFORE: taking your time is good, but for that, and we can never repeat it enough, you need to get ahead! The first stage of this long journey that is theEVJF organization, it is therefore to make the guest list. It may be temporary, but it is absolutely essential to move on to the next steps! And for this one, no improvisation is allowed: the opinion of the future bride is essential. So we bring our most beautiful notepad and we get to work!
5 MONTHS BEFORE: We're launching the invitations now that the guests are chosen! We need the number of participants as well as everyone's availability in order to set a date. We offer several to avoid the edge... the worries. Just send an email, contact them via social networks or create an EVENT so that everyone is on the same wavelength. We don't hesitate to be playful to motivate as many people as possible, it may be that with so much advance, the message goes unnoticed... To motivate the troops, don't hesitate to ask for a few small bachelor party ideas to those concerned! 😉 Be very clear, you need a return from them as soon as possible!
4 MONTHS BEFORE: after having methodically followed the previous steps, you have to set up a kitty! It will define your budget for this great moment and therefore your program. Here too, we will have to jostle and raise constantly for each participant to collaborate. It is impossible to advance blindly without a budget! And there, you ask yourself “why me…? »
3 MONTHS BEFORE: the guests: check, the date: check, the kitty: check. (Otherwise, we RE-LAUNCH!) And now it's time for the program!
Friend advice: get off the beaten track, film clichés and be original! First of all, do your research according to your budget and what would please the future bride: Does she have any particular desires? Information is essential! It would be a shame to go scuba diving if she has a phobia of water or to go tree climbing if she is terrified of heights...
1/2 MONTH BEFORE: EVJF organization obliges, you must reconfirm the presence and the date with all the guests. History that one does not plan an appointment with the dentist on D-Day or that another goes to lunch with his grandmother! It's also an opportunity to invite all the girls for brunch, an aperitif dinner or simply a drink to get to know each other better and create small affinities. Enjoy this moment!
1 WEEK BEFORE: we send a little collective message to all the girls to remind them and spread good vibes! And because the organization no longer holds any secrets for you, there is no need to wait until the day before to buy the equipment to carry out the planned activities!
THE DAY BEFORE : a little text is never too much! We set a time, a specific appointment while recalling the program for the next day. No delays will be allowed, good night and see you tomorrow for a crazy hen party !
D-DAY : after months of stress and organization, all your work is done: it's time to have fun!
Our advice
After months of effort, sweat, sleepless nights and texting, you end up with THE envelope. What to do ? Is the fear of ruining everything starting to overwhelm you? We breathe gently... You are on top and nothing can stop you!
First of all, and regardless of the budget, you have to talk to the bride-to-be. There is no point in going all over the place, the goal is to please her and relax her before D-Day!
You can then simply offer him a list of themes (which will remain as general as possible): Travel, relaxation, gourmet, party, etc. Depending on his choice, you can then embark on a madness of grandeur!

TRAVEL ✈️: in France or in Europe, there is no shortage of destinations!
In Corsica, in Portugal, on the island of Malta, or in Iceland (and why not!), your efforts will reward the soon-to-be bride like it should be ! She will have the right to a short vacation to look good before the big day!
And to spice it up a bit, don't hesitate to omit the destination for the main person concerned, which will complicate her task when packing her suitcase, she will discover the destination when boarding!

RELAXATION 💆♀️: when we think relaxation, we think sauna, hammam and massages! And with the little jackpot you managed to get, you don't have to choose! This will therefore be an opportunity to test a thermal spa to benefit from skin care, balneotherapy or a good jacuzzi with friends around a glass of champagne! In short, you offer a very beautiful moment of relaxation and beauty to the future bride who will be able to relax perfectly before D-Day.

Everywhere in France and sometimes in atypical places, starred restaurants organize this kind of event. An activity that seems simple, but absolutely appreciable and that will immerse the whole fine team in an infinite world of flavors!
You can perfectly combine this activity with a cocktail workshop, with or without alcohol;)
PARTY 🎉: is the future bride THE party girl of the group? And why not him organize a hen party crazy: a boat party aboard a catamaran or a yacht! This will be the perfect opportunity to combine sun and fiesta!
Another solution, and not the least, nothing prevents you from renting a villa or a riad in Marrakech (for example) to benefit from a crazy and magnificent place to release the pressure between girlfriends far from the tumult of everyday life!
