WOLF ARE YOU THERE ?

Wolf are you there ? is a birthday game that requires at least 2 players. It is therefore perfect for children from 3 years old, but even more so for a 4 year anniversary! In general, we do not invite more than 2-3 friends at this age (it avoids overflows)! 

- Everyone sit down in front of me. Do you know this song: “Let's walk in the woods while the wolf is not there. If the wolf was there, it would eat us, but since it's not there, it won't eat us! Wolf, are you there, what are you doing, can you hear me? »

- Yeaaaaah.

- So Paulo, you are our first wolf, you hide behind the curtain (or the tree). We will sing the song: "let's wander in the forest"walking around while you pretend to get dressed. Every time we're done singing, you answer us and tell us what clothes you're putting on. When you're done getting dressed, you come out of your hiding place to come and eat us!

- Let's walk in the woods as long as the wolf is not there. If the wolf was there, it would eat us, but since it's not there, it won't eat us! Wolf, are you there, what are you doing, can you hear me?

- Paulo answers: “I put on my shirt”. (Help him if necessary!)

- Let's walk in the woods as long as the wolf is not there...

- Paulo replies: "I'm putting on my pants... my boots, I'm coming and I'm going to eat you alive." (He then tries to grab his buddies.)

When a friend is caught, he in turn becomes a wolf! 

Make it lastbirthday activity as much as you want! It is likely that all children want to become the main wolf and it would be a shame to take that pleasure away from them! 

Practical tip: To make the task easier and make the game last, define a "wood" area! You can do it with your sofas, with tape, blocks... Beyond the "wood" zone, the children are protected and the wolf goes back to where it came from!

For more suspense (for older children) : Tell the wolf that he doesn't have to come out of his den! He can put on his shirt and... continue the song without moving his paw. Thus, walkers will not know when the wolf is going to show its muzzle! Surprise effect guaranteed!

Once thebirthday entertainment finished: place at birthday cake ! Children will surely have their fangs after such a game!
