    Print the cat balloon printable on the sheet of thick paper and inflate your balloon (if you want it to float, inflate it with helium, but be careful that it doesn't fly away!).

    Cut out all the elements of the cat balloon printable.

    Lightly run the cutter over the darker line of the ears. Do not press too hard otherwise you will separate the ear from its base. Force the fold at this point.

    With the double-sided tape, stick the different elements of the cat's face on the balloon: the eyes, the muzzle and the whiskers in front and the ears on the top.

And that's it, it's already over! All you have to do is hang it or put it somewhere to make it a nice birthday decoration! You'll see, your guests will love this balloon decoration! 

Practical tip 1: make several and vary the balloon colors! That way, you will have lots of different cats!

Practical tip 2: do the cat balloon as an activity during the birthday. Kids will love it! You can write their first name in the marker on the ball and let them go with it. What to keep a beautiful memory of the party!
