So, we offer you a special Star Wars DIY: the R2D2 costume! Let's put you in the shoes of the little robot!

EQUIPMENT

R2D2 disguise printables
A large sheet of fairly thick white paper (300 g). The size is to be estimated according to the size of your child.
A hollow polystyrene half-ball
A tube of glue
A pair of scissors
A cutter
A compass
A stapler
A cutting board or a cardboard type support...

    Print the r2d2 printables and prepare the materials.

    Cut out all the shapes following the patterns.

    Glue the different elements on the polystyrene helmet on the sheet of white paper, according to the model of the presentation image. For the body of the robot, place the sheet in landscape format and glue the elements in a centered way and fairly close to the upper end of the sheet.

    This is the result of the previous step.

    First, roll the sheet around your child in order to mark with a pencil a mark at the level of his arms. Then, put the sheet back flat and draw two compass circles at the marks established in the previous step. The diameter must be large enough to allow the arms to pass through.

    Cut out these two circles with a cutter.

    Staple the two ends of the paper to form a tube.

And now, it's over ! You have fought tirelessly and the result is there! All that's left to do is put on your magnificent Star Wars disguise and let's go!
Practical tip 1: if you feel able, make a disguise for each guest, they will be delighted!
Practical tip 2: try to keep it! It can be used for any occasion: carnival, Halloween, birthday... or even simply to wear at home!
