A blank sheet
A sheet of gray glitter paper
A pair of scissors
masking tape
Skewer skewers and toothpicks
Print the printable and prepare all the necessary materials.
Cut out the shapes following the pattern.
Turn over the sheet of glitter paper and transfer the heart. Then, cut out the newly obtained shape.
Tape the glitter heart onto a skewer using a piece of masking tape.
Voila, your toppers are finished! All you have to do is plant them in a birthday cake to complete your Frozen decoration and dazzle all the guests!
Practical tip: instead of gray glitter paper, you can use glitter paper of another color. For example, purple glitter paper in reference to Anna or blue in reference to Elsa!
