Easy DIY for princess themed birthday party cake
It's your birthday soon little Princess and you want to throw her a royal party? No worries, My Little Day (aka the Pimprenelle fairy) an easy and free tutorial especially for you! Thanks to this one, you can cook her a superb princess cake in two shots of a spoon! Yes, because there is no question of having a very simple cake... She deserves her wedding cake!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the cakes (this recipe also works with pound cake and with chocolate ganache). In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, doubling the quantities if you have three molds of different sizes or tripling them if you have to prepare three cookies that you will cut out after baking. Butter the molds, flour them and bake (you can bake the three cakes at the same time if your oven is large enough) for 25 to 30 minutes.

For the royal icing, simply beat the egg whites and add the icing sugar, mixing gently with a wooden spoon so as not to break the whites.

Once cooled, unmold the cakes, plane them in order to obtain stackable flat surfaces then cut them out (only if you did not have three molds of different sizes) using circles of paper that you can create with a compass and scissors. Stack the three cookies then cover them with royal icing.

Distribute the candies of your choice on each floor and divert a small cleaned toy as a mascot on top of the cake.
