Prepare all materials.

Glue the unicorn to the top of the cork stopper. Let dry.
Fill the jar with the glitter, and prepare the water and glycerin.
Pour the water and glycerin into the jar with the glitter.
Put the lid back on the jar. Close the jar tightly by twisting the lid.
Shake the jar so that the glitter spreads.
