    Prepare all your materials.

    Flatten the sugar paste between two sheets of parchment paper.

    Once the sugar paste is thin enough, cut out your flowers with your cookie cutters. You can vary colors and sizes.

    Remove the flowers from the cookie cutters and set them aside. Be careful when unmolding them, so as not to deform them.

    Place your sugarpaste shapes on your cake. You can also layer your shapes for more relief.

There you go, your cake is ready! All that remains is to put it on the table, sing "cumpleaños feliz", and enjoy it.
Practical tip: put the cake in the fridge and take it out at the last moment to prevent it from melting! Also, be careful that your flowers and other shapes aren't too thin, as they might also gleam or melt.
